The report is the outcome of a two-day meeting, convened specifically for the UN Secretary General’s study on Violence against Children. The aim of the meeting was to identify key issues and themes related to violence against children in conflict with the law (CICL), highlight effective prevention and response strategies and develop a program for action by international, national and local actors.
